We are on the Wiltshire/Dorset borders six miles north of Shaftesbury and three miles south of the A303 and recently completed the renovation of an old dairy and stable block within its own private courtyard into four B&B suites.
The old buildings offer luxury accommodation and a unique take on the B&B experience. Each large room has either super king or twin beds, en-suite bathroom or shower room, sitting area, mini fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and a private terrace.
We now offer an Electric Vehicle charging station (Type 2, 22kW) for guests with electric vehicles.Click here for more infomation
Your hosts are a triumvirate of mother, daughter and son in law. Together, with their diverse experience in catering, hospitality and hotel management, they are well qualified to make your stay at The Courtyard at Park Farm a unique and memorable experience.
The attractive green sand stone Park Farm house, barns and associated buildings date back to the late 18th Century. Set in 28 acres of gardens, pasture and woodland, the Grade II listed buildings are within a Conservation Area and AONB.
We have four en-suite rooms with super comfortable super king beds in three of the rooms whilst the fourth is twin only. All rooms are dressed in luxury bed linen including down and feather duvets (sheets and blankets and anti-allergy duvets available on request).
Alongside the human inhabitants of Park Farm there is a menagerie of animal residents too including an Oxford Sandy and Black sow, Indian runner ducks, hens providing the eggs at breakfast, three ponies and an assortment of dogs and cats.
The Courtyard at Park Farm is situated on the edge of the village of East Knoyle – the birth place of Sir Christopher Wren – 6 miles north of Shaftesbury and 3 miles south of the A303. Tisbury main line station (London Waterloo 1hr 40 mins) is 6 miles away.
From the farm, there are wonderful walks and bridleways and within an hours drive are Salisbury, Bath, The Jurrasic Coast, Stonehenge and Longleat.
There is a selection of very good pubs and eateries for dining out, details of which will be found in each bedroom.
